CAMP Tour: From Výstaviště to Vltavská

A freight station with transshipment halls once stood in what is now the Bubny-Zátory development area. Today, a modern neighborhood for 25,000 residents is being built on the site. The new Praha-Bubny railway station, which opened to the public at the beginning of August this year, plays an important role in the transformation of this brownfield. Together with the new Praha-Výstaviště stop, it will become part of the modernized line toward the airport and Kladno in the future. Thanks to the proximity of Vltavská metro station (Line C) and tram lines, it will offer convenient transfers between different types of transport. At the same location, a direct connection will be created with the planned Vltava Philharmonic Hall – Prague's first newly built concert hall for symphonic music in over a hundred years.

The guided walk with Lenka Hubáčková will introduce the development of this railway line, its individual stations, and the future appearance of the philharmonic hall, and will take you through lesser-known corners of Holešovice.
