Camping with Ondřej Cihlář: Veronika Lišková, Marika Pecháčková and Vít Klusák

What is life like in the world's northernmost city, a place which vanishes under your feet? And what has it been like in the empty streets of Prague for the last few years? Were we "best in covid"? Who had the plan, humanity or the virus? This time round Ondřej Cihlář invited the directors of two new time-lapse documentaries. The first is Veronika Lišková, whose film Visitors (Návštěvníci) follows a young anthropologist Zdenka and her research on the impact of globalization. The second is the pair behind the documentary tragicomedy Big Nothing (Velké nic), Marika Pecháčková and Vít Klusák, who have collected powerful stories of people from a range of backgrounds, capturing bizarre scenes of the crisis to create an absurdist and funny account of our society.
