Which city will be the European Capital of Culture in 2028? After 13 years, the title will once again go to a Czech city. The final candidates are České Budějovice and Broumov. How are the cities selected? What did the preparations look like? And what are their goals? Ondřej Cihlář will ask representatives from both cities.
