The city in your hands

Regular meet-ups for children exploring the theme of the city, its diversity and its workings. What kind of Prague do you know and which part do you like? Is it the Old Town with its medieval houses and cellars full of surprises, huge housing estates with lots of glowing windows and stories, an urban wilderness where you can run and play with your friends, or is it the family homes and quiet gardens? Are you interested in the place where you live? Come and explore, discover, look at maps and plans, invent, create and improve. During our first meetings, we will take a bird's eye view of the city and see how diverse and colorful it is. Gradually, we will break down the different areas and look at them in more detail through a human lens. We will look at ways to improve them and make them more pleasant.

If your children like to invent and draw, are drawn to making models of cities and want to try their hand at being an architect, urban planner or urban designer, they will enjoy the City in Your Hands after-school club.

The program is designed for children from 9 to 15 and takes place every Thursday from 15.00 to 17.00 at CAMP. We are starting in October.
