Archirun Club

Run, explore and discover Prague. Archirun Club is a new jogging club that regularly connects sport with architecture and urban development. Each session, led by experienced coaches, offers not only the run itself but also professional training—from warm-up and running drills to advice on technique. Carefully planned routes lead to architectural icons, new projects and places where Prague’s ongoing transformation can be observed up close. Each route is accompanied by commentary on architecture, public space or the challenges IPR is addressing there. Archirun Club is not about performance or stopwatch times—it is about a shared experience and a new way of getting to know the city in motion.

FAQ:

Where is the meeting point?
—We meet under the CAMP neon sign, where the run also ends.

Will the classic Archirun take place this year?
—Due to renovations, CAMP is moving from Prager's Cubes in June, and we won’t have the facilities to host Archirun. That’s why it’s taking the form of a running club this year.

What should I bring?
— Sportswear and running shoes. You can come wearing them or change in our locker room. Do not leave any valuables in the changing room. And don’t forget water.

Is the run canceled in bad weather?
—No, we run in all weather. We’re not made of sugar, and we’ll be looking forward to seeing you even in the rain.

Are there showers near the locker room?
—Unfortunately not. The changing room is temporary and there are no showers available. However, you can freshen up at the café after the run.

Who can I contact with questions?

If you have a general question about how the Club works, please email us at camp@ipr.praha.eu. If you have questions right before an event, please call our colleagues at CAMP at +420 770 141 547.

club rules

Each participant runs solely at their own risk and responsibility. By participating in any training session, you confirm that you have read these rules, understand them, and fully agree to them. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the training session.

01/

Before each training session, register for the specific date via the Strava app. New sessions are announced only after the previous training has ended.

02/

Only attend training if you are medically fit to run and have no known medical contraindications. While running, you may experience injury, overexertion, dehydration, traffic collisions, or sudden health complications. The training leader is not liable for any injury.

03/

If you do not feel well during training, stop immediately and inform the training leader.

04/

Run in a group and follow the leader’s instructions. Do not run off without permission, and always verify the leader’s contact information before training. If you get lost, contact the training leader immediately.

05/

Follow the rules for safe movement in public spaces. Be mindful of traffic; run considerately on narrow paths, alert others to obstacles, and do not run with headphones.

06/

Pets are generally welcome at CAMP, but for organisational reasons, please do not bring them to the runs.

07/

Everyone stores their belongings at their own risk. Neither the leader nor the training organizer is responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

08/

Training may be canceled due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or organizational reasons. Information will be posted in the group. In case of emergency, call 155 or 112.

09/

In the dark or in low visibility, wear reflective gear and a headlamp.

10/

Photos may be taken during the run for sharing; if you do not want to be in them, please let us know before the start.
