Helena Bjarnegård (SE)

What is the job description of a national architect? How can they help to improve planning and construction? Landscape architect Helena Bjarnegård has held the position of national architect for Sweden since 2019. She previously worked for White Arkitekter and later as city garden manager for Gothenburg, where she managed the care of parks and other green spaces. Her role is to continuously raise awareness of architecture and thus improve the quality of new projects. She also helps, for example, to coordinate the requirements of municipal authorities and the interests of private investors.

Hi! In September 2022, we launched the basic version of the new website. We performed user testing before the launch, but the real user testing is the one that is happening right now.

We'd love to hear how you're using the site, if you can think of ways to improve it, if there's anything missing, or if you've come across any errors. Thank you!
