The Danish architectural studio Henning Larsen is one of the most prestigious in its field. It won the Mies van der Rohe Prize in 2013 for the Harpa concert hall in Reykjavík, Iceland, and two years later, it designed a new town hall for the Swedish town of Kiruna, which will be relocated three kilometers east to accommodate the requirements of the local mining industry. A more recent project that can't be overlooked is the award-winning apartment building, The Wave, in the seaside town of Vejle, which was completed late last year. The head of international projects, Jacob Kurek, will come to Prague to talk about the Scandinavian approach to community planning and architecture, that is, how to best involve the public in the process.
The lecture takes place in cooperation with ARCHIP

We'd love to hear how you're using the site, if you can think of ways to improve it, if there's anything missing, or if you've come across any errors. Thank you!
