How to mitigate climate change and reduce the impact of global warming? By working together. Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and other Swedish cities have decided to become carbon neutral by 2030. To this end, the Viable Cities program, funded by the government, non-profit organizations and private companies, has been set up. The aim of the program is clear— to create a unified strategy. People are a key part of this change. Journalist and economist Per Grankvist will talk about the program. What is his work, and how is it helping to reduce the environmental burden of cities? Nikita Poljakov, journalist and editor-in-chief of E15, will pose these questions.
