Railway Administration introduced a new design for the orientation system at Czech train stations, which aims for maximum clarity and a reduction in the number of signs. Czechdesign presented the In the Right Direction project, which advocates for improved navigation in hospitals and healthcare facilities. How are such systems created, tested, and fine-tuned to be understandable to their users?
