What changes await the area surrounding the Florenc bus terminal? This site is both a major public transport hub and a former railway brownfield in the centre of Prague. In March 2021, the majority landowners – ČSAD Praha holding and Masaryk Station Development – together with the City of Prague, launched the international urban design competition Florenc 21. Its aim was to find a vision for a vibrant new district that would create new connections between Prague’s New Town and Karlín.
