As part of the project, a new apartment building will be constructed on Ďáblická Street in the Prague 8 district. It will be a two- to three-story building with fourteen apartments, shared common areas, parking spaces, and—for the ground-floor apartments—private front yards. The apartments will be designated as starter apartments for young people, single mothers, essential workers, residents with limited mobility, and self-sufficient seniors. The project includes a rainwater infiltration system.
