Both the plot in question and the existing building, which will be demolished, are owned by the Prague 20 district. The new building will contain a total of seven apartments, two of which will be primarily for seniors; the remaining apartments will serve as starter apartments for young families. All apartments will be studio apartments (1+kk) with floor areas ranging from 24 to 35 m².
