Čertův vršek is a charming yet relatively unknown spot that refers to one of the hills in Prague’s Libeň district. A summer residence with a turret and a large south-facing terrace once stood here, but today there are no traces of the building left. However, the beautiful views of Prague remain, and with them the idea of creating a residential development here. Skanska Reality plans to build an intimate residential project at this very location, featuring 39 predominantly spacious apartments that will delight anyone who loves living with a touch of luxury and a view of Prague.

With its architectural concept, Čertův vršek will complement the surrounding First Republic-era villas in Libeň, as the buildings will be low-rise apartment buildings with a maximum of three stories. The project has established its exceptional character through both its unique location and several exclusive features it offers: the small scale of the planned development, coded building entrances, spacious layouts, and ample protected private space both indoors and on terraces, balconies, or front gardens. Naturally, there are only two apartments per floor, and select apartments feature high ceilings and lowered window sills to maximize natural light. Last but not least, the project’s designers also considered the building’s environmental sustainability. Therefore, a graywater management system will be installed to recycle water from bathtubs, showers, and sinks for use in flushing toilets. The project is also seeking BREEAM international certification, which not only saves future residents money but, above all, protects the environment.
