In Prague’s Záběhlice neighborhood, on Choceradská Street—on the site of the existing boiler house, on the banks of the Chodovecký Stream and the R7 retention basin—we designed an apartment building that complements the urban structure of Nový Spořilov. Clean, geometric volumes define this four-story apartment building, whose units offer views of greenery, the Sady zahradnické mládeže park, Záběhlice Chateau, and bodies of water. The proposed architecture enhances the rural character of the site, which is unique within the context of the Spořilov housing estate.
