The Prague—Ďáblice municipal district, in cooperation with the Křižovnický Ďáblice Housing Cooperative, is preparing a project for a cooperative apartment building. The building will be constructed on Ďáblická Street, near the intersection with Kostelecká Street. The building will contain a total of twenty-six cooperative apartments with common areas; four of these apartments will be allocated to the municipal district upon completion of the completed structure. The municipal apartments will be used for affordable cooperative housing.
