The Prague 11 municipal district will build a new cooperative apartment building on Exnárova Street in Prague—Háje. Construction of the building is to be financed by a broader housing cooperative with a larger number of members, of which the Prague 11 municipal district is also expected to become a member. The building is expected to include a total of sixty residential units and parking spaces for fifty-six cars. The apartments will be allocated primarily to members of priority professions. The building is also expected to incorporate features and technologies designed to reduce its environmental impact and adapt to climate change. The project also includes a comprehensive plan for the building’s surroundings, integrating with the public spaces of the existing housing estate.
