The project will expand the assisted-living facility on Malkovského Street in the Prague 18 district by adding nineteen new small 1+kk units. In total, the facility’s capacity will thus increase to forty-seven apartments. The goal of the project is to enable the district to relocate some seniors from standard municipal apartments to the new units in the assisted living facility, thereby freeing up municipal apartments for other groups in need, such as young families or low-income individuals. The project also includes improvements to adjacent public spaces.
