A project to renovate and convert an apartment building and the former Baťa store into affordable urban rental housing. In addition to apartments, the building will feature community amenities on the ground floor and will contribute to the development of its surrounding area. The building was constructed in 1935 by Baťa a. s. Zlín as a store and business facility with office and accommodation space for employees. The building later served as a residential building with apartments on the upper floors. In the 1990s, some of the apartments were converted into offices.
