A new residential project called NEUGRAF is being built in Prague’s Smíchov district, developed by two major real estate groups—Crestyl and UBM Development Czechia. The industrial design is intended to reflect the building’s history, while the architectural design of the entire project is meant to ensure high-quality construction.

The ten-story building is located on Grafická Street and offers 177 apartments within a gated community. The multifunctional space features a 24/7 reception desk, cafés, a coworking hub, underground parking, and a terraced green roof accessible to all NEUGRAF residents.

The residential offerings include spacious lofts, a rooftop penthouse with a large terrace, and cozy apartments. All units feature a balcony or, on the upper floors, a terrace. The design is intended to reflect the building’s industrial history, as it formerly served as Václav Neubert’s printing plant. “Where the stories of literary artists were once printed, you can now begin writing your own.”

Architects from the firm Bogle Architects, known for their innovative approaches to buildings and public spaces, contributed to the building’s design. NEUGRAF also offers extensive public amenities in the surrounding area, including park areas.
