The building is intended to complement the existing block development, create new public spaces—including green areas—and provide new spaces for commercial activities directly linked to the Palmovka transportation hub, which is of citywide significance.
The design of this mixed-use building is coordinated with the planned renovation of Bohumil Hrabal Square.
