The project calls for the construction of two cooperative apartment buildings on the north side of Radlická Street in the Prague 5 district. The buildings will contain up to 266 cooperative apartments ranging in size from 54 to 65 m², one-third of which will remain in the ownership of the City of Prague to meet affordable cooperative housing needs. The remaining apartments will be allocated to individual members of the housing cooperative. The detailed design of the apartment buildings will be determined during subsequent phases of project preparation.

No bids were submitted within the deadline for the tender process; therefore, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, the tender process had to be canceled.

The project is currently awaiting the completion of Land Use Plan amendments and the development of a new investment model.
