In 2016, the Prague City Council commissioned IPR Prague to prepare a Concept Study of Seifertova-Táboritská Street in the section from the intersection with Lipanská Street to Olšanské Square. IPR Prague selected the contractor for the study through a competitive bidding process based on qualitative criteria. The goal of the project is to develop a revitalization plan that will improve the user experience of the street, including adjacent public spaces, and to coordinate projects in the area. Once the concept study is approved by the Prague City Council, the Dopravní podnik hl. m. Prahy (the Prague Public Transit Company) will commission the preparation of documentation for a zoning decision.
