The Prague 22 City District will renovate a former workers dormitory located on Křešínská Street in the broader center of the district, thereby creating thirty municipal apartments in the building. The district’s project is to curb the exploitation of poverty in the former accommodation building—where entire families with children often lived in substandard conditions—and to convert the building into affordable housing units.
