The new building has seven above-ground floors. The top floor is set back and features a terrace, similar to the roofs of the neighboring buildings. There is one underground level with parking garages and utility rooms. The hotel received its occupancy permit and opened in the first quarter of 2024. The German hotel chain Motel One will offer 382 rooms there.

The building will complete the streetscape of Hybernská Street and shield it from the noisy traffic on the main thoroughfare. At the same time, a new residential street will be created between the railroad tracks and the completed block, also providing access to the National Technical Museum. A passageway will lead directly through the hotel and the shopping arcade in the atrium to the park-like canopy over the rail yard, creating a new major shortcut from Masaryčka Station to the Prague Main Railway Station.
