The project aims to convert the attic spaces in two municipal apartment buildings on Žofie Podlipské and Zvonařská streets in the Prague—Zbraslav district into apartments. The conversion will create five new residential units in each building, giving the district a total of 10 new municipal apartments designated for social and affordable housing. At the same time, the district will carry out a complete renovation of the building envelopes, convert the heating systems to a central boiler room, install thermal insulation in the basements, and build new parking spaces.
