Accessibility on the road around Bali

What is the everyday reality in a place where the concept of “barrier-free” basically does not exist? After fifteen years of living in accessible Prague, Václav Uher set off alone in an electric wheelchair on a forty-day journey to Bali – an island without sidewalks, planning or certainties. The lecture will offer a personal story about his life journey and experience with movement in an environment where mobility depends on improvisation and the help of strangers. What obstacles and surprises does life on the streets outside the tourist spots bring? And what did you have to overcome in order for such a journey to even take place?
