How can cities better respond to climate change and become more resilient as well as more welcoming? And what role do local communities play in this process? The international festival Aging in Motion: Navigating Cities That Aren’t Built for All will offer film screenings, panel discussions, presentations, and debates with Czech and international experts from across Europe. The main theme will be how to reshape cities so that they meet the needs of all generations while addressing the challenges of climate change. The festival will bring together specialists in urban development, community leaders, and other stakeholders engaged in inclusive urbanism. Attendees can look forward to practical examples, strategies from European cities, and the sharing of concrete solutions.
The programme will also include a live podcast recording and a children’s workshop organised by the AutoMat association. The event will be held in English, with interpreting equipment available in Czech.
