Music and architecture are closer to each other than one might expect. Walking through the city, we can notice that some buildings shout, others whisper, and the surroundings complete the overall melody. The rhythms of the city come together most clearly in video clips in which artists offer an alternative way of perceiving architecture, urbanism and design. Architecture on Waves is a continuation of our music-architecture series, this time focusing on water, whether in the form of architecture for swimming pools, lidos, water gardens or urban solutions along coastlines. Actor and presenter Bořek Joura will provide commentary on the selected music clips. The project is led by Martina Freitagová.
