Prague's metropolitan region is growing rapidly and becoming a key centre of economic development. This growth, however, raises questions about the coordination of land-use planning between municipalities and the requirements for the necessary infrastructure and amenities. Each municipality is making its own plans, while residents want to maintain both proximity to Prague and a peaceful rural environment. How can these often conflicting interests be reconciled? Experts and representatives of the City of Prague and the Central Bohemian Region will try to answer these questions.
