What needs to change for the square to function sustainably and become a high-quality public space? A guided tour with Lenka Hubáčková will take you around Jiřího z Poděbrad Square, from the visible changes to the layers hidden beneath the paving. She will explain how the regeneration project incorporates trees, shade, rainwater and the flow of people. What does it mean to design a space where a market is set up and a mass is held in the morning, through which the underground, trams and buses pass during the day, and which in the evening becomes a space for socialising, relaxation and community life?
- The public meeting point is on Jiřího z Poděbrad Square by the United Europe fountain.
- The walk will last approximately 2 hours and will take place outdoors.
