How to transform industrial heritage for the present day? And how to deal with the reconstruction of the historic water tower? In 2018, such a transformation was successful in Letná, and it is an example of sensitive adaptation to the new function of a cultural and community centre without losing its original charm. A guided tour will take you behind the scenes of its workings and also to the secret periscope through which you can observe the whole area! You will be guided by Matyáš Peterka, the manager of the water tower, and representatives from Petr Hájek Architekti, the studio behind the reconstruction of the multifunctional hall in the Císařské lázně in Karlovy Vary, the winning project of this year's Czech Architecture Award.
