In the second expert discussion with Deputy Mayor Petr Hlaváček and architect Zdeněk Völfl, we will focus on how the plan calculates capacity, how the rules for developers will change, and how development areas will be revitalised. The Metropolitan Plan anticipates construction where it makes sense, which is why it focuses on brownfields within the city that are already connected to public transport and other amenities.
