Discovering the City: Dominican Monastery

A place for prayer, as well as a centre of education, culture, and economy. After Easter, we will visit the monastery! We will explore the Baroque buildings of the Dominicans next to the Church of St. Giles in the Old Town. The monastery was renovated in recent years, according to the project from architect Josef Pleskot. What we usually admire about monasteries is their beautiful architecture or the heavenly courtyards. What other spaces can we find in such a building, and what are they called? How does the Dominican monastery function today? And how is life there? The program is designed for children aged 8 to 18 without parental supervision.

Meeting (15.00) and return (18.00) is at CAMP. Programme is for kids 8- 18 without parents.
