What is the future of wooden buildings in the Czech Republic? How is wood being used in large building projects, and what are the issues they are facing? In the Czech Republic, in contrast to abroad, we are more accustomed to wooden buildings on the scale of single-family houses. However, even here, we are starting to see office and apartment buildings made of wood. Why do we have so few of them now? And can we expect their number to increase with changes in legislation? The talk will also cover the experience of architects, developers and cooperatives with larger-scale timber buildings.
