Sitting Still with Laurie Olin

Laurie Olin is a living legend of landscape architecture, whose credits include Bryant Park and Columbus Circle in New York and the US Embassy in London and other beloved parks, gardens and public spaces. Sitting Still with Laurie Olin is an original documentary focusing on this world renowned urban designer and his profound social vision. This original portrait of an artist is told through a prism of issues that have defined Olin’s life and work for the past fifty years: urbanization and our lost connection to nature, economic marginalization, and the grave importance of humanity in design.
