Roads and highways were created in cities to help people get to work quickly and conveniently. What if cities changed their priorities and put children at the center of planning? We would get greener, safer and more comfortable spaces suitable for all residents and where children will want to live their adult lives. Bratislava Mayor Matúš Vallo, architecture educator Adam Gebrian, and urban planner and curator of the Start with Children conference Simon Battisti will discuss why planning should be based on children's opinions, not those of adults and why the opposite doesn't work.
The discussion will be conducted in English.
