How can housing development support family life in the city? And what principles should architects consider to make neighbourhoods truly age-friendly? Dinah Bornat, author of All to Play For: How to design child-friendly housing, will answer these questions and present innovative approaches to designing urban housing with an emphasis on the needs of children and their movement in public spaces. Together we will discuss how quality urban design contributes to more vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable cities.
