The Metropolitan Plan is a modern zoning plan for Prague in the 21st century. It is a document that determines how the city will develop in the coming years: where construction will and will not be permitted, where parks should be laid out, where new roads will run, where schools, kindergartens and hospitals should be, and how much each part of the city will change.
