How are Czech projects faring in one of the most prestigious architectural competitions? The EUmies Awards 2024 recognize projects that combine innovation, sustainability, and high-quality planning. Among the 362 nominations from 38 countries, 9 projects from the Czech Republic were included this year. This lecture will introduce you to the stories behind these exceptional buildings, explain how they came to be, and reveal what makes them unique. The nominated projects demonstrate how architecture can respond to current challenges and contribute to achieving the goals of the European Green Deal.
