What will the area around the Powder Gate—where a roundabout was recently built—look like? Why is Prague considering bringing back trams from Perštýn to Náměstí Republiky? Why is it necessary to focus on this area? The June edition of Prague's Big Changes focused on the very heart of the city. Petr Hlaváček, Deputy Mayor for Urban Development, and Adam Scheinherr, Deputy Mayor for Transportation, presented a concept for future transformations of our capital’s most significant public spaces—the so-called Hradební korzo (City Walls Promenade).
