Deyan Sudjic (UK)

What can architecture do? The way architectural work is organized is undergoing a gradual transformation. Larger international studios and firms are emerging. As a result, studios are gaining a stronger position in society and are able to influence politics, confront the climate crisis and explore the boundary between private and public space.

Deyan Sudjic is a British author, journalist and former director of the Design Museum in London. In his career, he has curated exhibitions by Zaha Hadid, Jan Kaplický and Stanley Kubrick, to name a few. In 2023, he was chairman of the jury of the Czech Architecture Prize.
