The project is located on the site of a former garden colony Branické Square, thus complementing the central part of this urban area. The project consists of four apartment buildings and fifteen row houses.

The layout of the apartment buildings follows the existing Ke Krči and Vrbova streets, thereby enhancing the urban character of this area. The varied facades lend a sense of lightness to the street space. The townhouses, as well as the two smaller apartment buildings, are situated in the inner part of the complex.

A distinctive urban element is the pedestrian zone lined with trees, offering a view toward the local Braník Brewery. This alignment provides a view from Branické Square to the local brewery. It is designed not only to offer a view but also to facilitate passage and accessibility through the area. This pedestrian path further connects to adjacent sidewalks and bike paths. The open space will feature a public relaxation area with a playground.

In addition to 15 single-family homes, the complex will include 137 apartment units ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk. The project also includes five commercial spaces that will contribute to the area’s community amenities. Parking for residents is planned in the basements of the apartment buildings, on the lots of the single-family homes, and in 24 public surface parking spaces. Rainwater from the roofs of the apartment buildings will be infiltrated on the properties themselves via an upstream storage tank, allowing the rainwater to be used for irrigating green spaces.
