Energy Flexibility Forum: Advancing Building and Community Management Solutions

A panel discussion on energy flexibility will focus on smart building management. How to save on energy costs? How to prioritize utilization from renewable energy sources and how to contribute with buildings to the stability of the electricity grid? The transformation of the energy sector requires the empowerment of the end-customers, and the energy flexibility of buildings can play a vital role in the transition to carbon neutrality. What is the best practice in the Czech Republic and abroad and what is the best utilization of the energy flexibility of buildings? The forum organized by the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU) will present the experiences of experts from the international initiative IEA-EBC Annex 81/82 and the European project GLocalFlex. Participants will gain insight into advanced solutions in building management from experts from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), the US National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and the Australian National Science Agency (CSIRO). Find out more information about the carbon-neutral districts abroad and how energy flexibility ca be used in the residential sector in the Czech Republic?
