How can we meaningfully involve the public in decision-making about cities and the landscape? The Faculty of Humanities at Charles University will present a new lifelong learning program, Fundamentals of Participatory Skills, which has also given rise to the publication Participation: A Practical Guide. The program is designed for anyone who wants to better understand how to design and lead participatory processes. It will offer an overview of methods, tools, and common pitfalls, and will focus on practical skills ranging from planning and facilitation to data analysis and communication strategies. The evening will include a book launch and a discussion with the authors.
Reserve your seats via GoOut. Seating is not numbered. If a spectator with a valid ticket does not occupy their seat at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start of the event, their right to that seat will be given to visitors without reservations.
