The Metropolitan Plan is the most important document for the future of Prague. It will determine where construction can take place, where nature will remain, and how the city will develop in the coming decades. In 2013, the capital city commissioned its Institute of Planning and Development to draw up the plan. How is such a plan actually created, and how has it been influenced by the Building Act? For the third time, the public, institutions and city districts have the opportunity to comment on the Metropolitan Plan. During the last hearing in 2022, over 18,000 comments were received. These have already been reflected in the current version. How are the approved comments incorporated into the Metropolitan Plan? And can artificial intelligence influence the process in any way?
