What do young people expect from culture today? When does it cease to be accessible, understandable, or interesting to them—and where do they encounter barriers from institutions, cities, or the state? The sixth annual Prague Cultural Forum will open a debate on the younger generation's relationship to culture and how the current cultural system is able (or unable) to respond to its needs. The two-day program will combine a conference section with lectures and a panel discussion followed by practical workshops. Foreign guests with extensive experience working with young audiences, cultural institutions, and urban strategies will share examples of good practice and critical perspectives.
The event is organized by Kreativní Praha and the Prague City Hall.
