Houses from Around the World

What do buildings in Czechia have in common with those in France, Italy, or the USA? And how do architects bring new ideas from their travels to our cities? This time, we will set out with children to discover how foreign creations influenced the shape of Czech architecture after 1989. Thanks to freedom of travel and foreign projects, new ideas and ways of building began to reach us—from technically daring buildings to more ecological approaches to playful and colorful postmodern architecture. Together, we will look at interesting projects that today make up the colorful and lively appearance of the city. We will discover, create, and build.
