Fifteen minutes to work, shopping, entertainment and home. This is a concept that is currently stirring the world of urbanism and is being promoted by city halls from Paris to New York. How exactly does one plan a 15-minute city? And where does Prague stand in this respect? Carlos Moreno, professor at the Sorbonne in Paris and advisor to the current mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, will present the concept of the city of short distances.
