How to design quality public spaces in the city for children and young people? Dutch designer Elger Blitz, founder of the award-winning studio Carve, will present the answers. He is known particularly for his unconventional approach and unique ideas when designing spaces for children and young people. For example, he is behind the design of a children's playground in Istanbul featuring kaleidoscopic modular clouds. His studio has also built a youth center with a skatepark called Kavel K in The Hague.
