Why do some neighbourhoods feel lively and welcoming while others seem empty or disconnected? In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore Bubny–Zátory through the theme of urban planning. Together we’ll look at how cities grow and change, play games to understand zoning and city form, and think about what every good city needs — from schools and parks to shops and public spaces. Working in teams, participants will design and connect their own parts of a new neighbourhood, discovering how different ideas fit together to shape the city of tomorrow.

The English-language workshops for children are held in collaboration with UDesign, the educational initiative that helps kids and teenagers discover how cities work — and how they can shape their future.
